Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a construction-related role.
• Proficiency in construction accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations related to construction projects, including project costing, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in the construction industry.
• Collaborate with project managers and executives to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes for construction projects.
• Coincide with external auditors and tax consultants for project-specific requirements.
