The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the construction projects
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Maintain and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project managers and executives to discuss financial performance
• Supervise accounting team members and provide training and guidance when needed
• Participate in financial audits and reviews
