About the role
As a Recruitment Coordinator II, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for new members of the Conservation Corps North Carolina. This includes coordinating outreach efforts, screening applicants, and facilitating interviews.Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all applications are received and screened in a timely manner.
- Coordinate outreach efforts through various channels such as social media, community events, and partnerships with local organizations.
- Screen applicants based on qualifications and suitability for the program.
- Facilitate interviews with selected candidates and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a non-profit or government agency setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
