Cabinet IGC is a network of wealth management consulting agencies with 80 employees across 8 locations, active for over 12 years. We operate in both real estate and financial investments, offering a multi-service support package. Our financial products, co-developed with our in-house traders, provide a differentiated positioning. In a context of strong growth, we are expanding our teams in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Complete a training program in tax and wealth optimization, then progress to full autonomy.
• Qualify prospect needs and manage the entire sales cycle (discovery, recommendation, subscription, follow-up).
• Advise and propose the most suitable savings solutions, in compliance with regulations and internal processes.
• Become the primary contact for a client portfolio and ensure long-term follow-up.

Requirements

• Team spirit, proactivity, customer service orientation, and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Bac+5 (Master/MBA) appreciated but not mandatory; 1 year of experience in wealth management is a plus (optional).
• Driver’s license (B) appreciated (optional).

Pay

Uncapped compensation (independent status) with commissions based on an internal scale. Indication: up to €250,000/year for top performers.
