Bring order and structure to structured and unstructured data and prepare analyzed data in visual formats that are accessible to clients and other stakeholders. Solve complex business problems using cloud-scale advanced statistical techniques and Business Intelligence analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead big-data problem solving to collect, analyze, and present findings and solutions, guiding junior team members and collaborating with a wide variety of clients to deliver technology consulting services.
• Serve as the go-to resource for understanding clients’ problems through data gathering and analysis.
• Solve complex analytical problems to derive insights and enable the use of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at scale for clients.
• Lead delivery of unparalleled service in big data, business intelligence, and digital analytics using custom-developed methods for customer analytics, data visualization, and optimization.
• Design, architect, and develop solutions to ingest, process, and analyze large, disparate data sets to meet business requirements, leveraging in-house data platforms and recommending or building new ones as needed.
• Participate in business development and knowledge growth opportunities to strengthen your ability to propose solutions that help clients navigate modern data analytics.
• Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress and demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and networks while cultivating business development opportunities.
• Travel up to 80% (10% may be international) to serve client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields and 4 years of work experience.
• 4 years of experience in quantitative modeling and analysis focusing on big-data problem solving, including collecting, analyzing, and presenting findings.
• 4 years of hands-on experience in Python or SQL.
• 3 years of experience with data manipulation tools and libraries such as SQL, Pandas, or Spark.
• 3 years of experience with one or more cloud platforms: Azure, Amazon, or Google.
• 4 years of experience navigating database models to build data sets for analytics and model training.
• 2 years of experience modeling and visualizing data in Power BI or similar platforms.
• 1 year of experience in each of the following:
  • Delivery of intelligent automation services and the technology life cycle (operating model/strategy, opportunity assessment, discovery, requirements definition, solution architecture, design, development, testing, and production release).
  • Quantitative analysis using Agile methodologies or robotics tool-specific methodologies.
  • Containerization and scaling models, as well as integrating models and feedback from downstream consumption systems.
  • Managing technical teams, including allocation of work products, tasks, and resources; review of technical outputs; and provision of guidance and technical support.

Pay

Base salary of $151,920 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (40 hours per week).
