About the role

Avicado Construction Technology Services is seeking a Connectivity Inventory Consultant to support one of our hyperscale data center clients.

Responsibilities

  • Connectivity Inventory & Material Controls Support connectivity inventory management and material control processes across multiple campuses and programs.
  • Maintain alignment between connectivity inventory data and project demand signals.
  • Support demand planning support, including demand signal submissions and data validation processes.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, construction, planning, and business operations teams.
  • Escalate inventory risks, data issues, and fulfillment concerns to stakeholders as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Construction Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, material controls, procurement, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with inventory, demand planning, procurement, or material management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation activities.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting data center, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or construction programs.
  • Familiarity with SmartBOM, Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for reporting, documentation, or workflow automation.
  • Understanding of demand planning, inventory forecasting, and material fulfillment processes.
