About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to build upon a strong foundation in Connecticut and lead a growing, high-performing team delivering complex and impactful transportation and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth and lead business development efforts
- Ensure strong operational and financial performance
- Manage the profitability and growth of an office with gross revenue up to $40M
- Establish short and long-term strategic plans for profitable growth
- Direct all activities of the office including budgets, sales, cash management and overhead management
- Act as Practice Builder to provide leadership in planning, directing and implementing an aggressive marketing/business plan
- Build a strong and effective team based upon the principles of leadership and empowerment
- Attract experienced staff members, who bring client relationships, strong technical credentials, and a solid reputation
- Pursue new client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 years related experience
