In connected supply chain at PwC, you will focus on optimising supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. You will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Kinaxis technology to drive measurable results in industry or consulting environments.
  • Analyze demand planning and forecast development, including the impact of forecast accuracy on inventory levels, manufacturing costs, transportation costs, warehousing costs, and customer service.
  • Present complex supply optimization analytics in simple supply chain cost and performance terms.
  • Lead teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
  • Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and/or opportunities.
  • Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.
  • Deepen and evolve your expertise with a focus on staying relevant.
  • Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
  • Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
  • Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
  • Understand capabilities of Kinaxis planning and control tower tools.
  • Manage components of a demand planning process, including maintenance of demand data, statistical forecast, customer input process, internal input process, and execution.
  • Plan demand and supply for CPG manufacturing, Industrial Products, Paper and Pulp, and Pharma Life Science.
  • Manage inventory, including tiered inventory levels and cost optimization with respect to customer service performance.
  • Optimize supply plans consistent with overall corporate objectives.
  • Understand key performance indicators, roles and responsibilities, and tools that support sales and operations planning processes (S&OP).
  • Assess current supply planning processes and systems, identifying opportunities to improve fulfillment of demand plans while achieving inventory objectives across tactical and strategic horizons.
  • Develop and implement supply chain network planning, material planning, and capacity planning optimization (Processes/People/Systems).
  • Execute global inventory management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 7 year(s).

Qualifications

  • Preferred Degree: Master of Business Administration.
  • Preferred Certifications: American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, or ISC CPSD.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
