About the role
PwC's operations consulting specialists provide services to optimise operational efficiency and effectiveness. They also focus on supply chain operations, enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance.
- Work closely with clients to analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness.
- Develop and implement supply chain network planning, material planning, and capacity planning optimization.
- Manage inventory management including tiered inventory levels and cost optimization with respect to customer service performance.
- Optimize supply plans consistent with overall corporate objectives.
- Assess current supply planning processes and systems, and identify opportunities to improve fulfillment of the demand plans while achieving inventory objectives across the tactical and strategic horizons.
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
- Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master of Business Administration, APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, or ISC CPSD.
- Skills: Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in designing and implementing Kinaxis technology, understanding demand planning and forecast development, presenting complex supply optimization analytics, and managing inventory and supply chain processes.
Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
