Connected Strategy Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Connected Strategy Lead to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will guide cross-functional strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-impact initiatives spanning data, AI, and product lifecycle performance. The Connected Strategy Lead will partner with product teams and senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes across a complex, regulated environment. This position is ideal for a leader who can align diverse stakeholders, drive large-scale change, and move initiatives from pilot through full deployment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $186,200 – $353,800 annually Responsibilities Scale data solutions across the product lifecycle and mature multiple factories and products Drive execution of connected product projects with significant ROI Enable product teams to leverage data for improved business outcomes Manage a portfolio of prioritized AI initiatives from pilot to deployment Represent initiative status and risks to leadership and stakeholders Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience with 14 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 12 years of experience 10+ years in program or portfolio management within a large corporate environment, including at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience driving large-scale initiatives from pilot to full deployment with measurable business impact Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and driving strategy alignment among diverse teams Experience in regulated environments while ensuring compliance and delivering results Benefits Flexible work schedules Parental leave options Career development and recognition programs Educational assistance programs Child/adult backup care Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
