About the Role
The Manager, Lung Oncology Operations & Strategic Programs, supports strategic initiatives within the Lung Oncology portfolio, focusing on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and support for major congresses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating post-event follow-up.
- Deliver data-driven insights, develop dashboards, evaluate engagement metrics, and present findings to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage promotional review workflows, optimize processes, and implement scalable operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in healthcare, oncology, or related fields.
- Proven project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage complex projects, and influence cross-functional teams.
