But note we duplicated some items: the bonus info is also a benefit; we might move it to Benefits section. However we included it in responsibilities list; maybe better to separate.
Let's separate: Responsibilities list includes the duties (first 5 items). Then Benefits list includes Impact Corps bonus. Then Schedule list includes shift details and CORI etc? Actually CORI/background check is a requirement, not schedule. But we could put under Requirements? But we don't have a Requirements heading; we have Qualifications. Could include CORI under Qualifications? It's a requirement. But we can keep under Responsibilities? Might be okay.
Better to follow the posting: "What To Expect In The Role" includes those items (CORI, physical active, de-escalation, multi-tasking, feedback, ability to work evenings etc). Those are expectations/requirements. Could be under Responsibilities or Requirements. Since we have Qualifications separate, we could put those under Responsibilities as they are expectations of the role.
Thus Responsibilities list: first 5 bullet points (support youth, teach skills, participate groups, on/off-site activities, maintain safe environment). Then maybe also include the Impact Corps? That's a benefit.
Then we have a separate Benefits section: Impact Corps bonus.
Then Qualifications: 1 year+ experience preferred, HS diploma/GED, passion for making positive impact.
Then Schedule: Ability to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required; Being physically active for an 8-10 hour shift.
But also CORI/background check and valid ID is a requirement; maybe we can put under Qualifications as well? It's a prerequisite. Could add to Qualifications list.
Let's include CORI/background check and valid ID under Qualifications as a requirement.
Thus Qualifications list: 1 year or more prior experience working with youth preferred; High school diploma or GED; A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of kids; Must pass CORI/background check and have a valid ID.
Now Schedule list: Being physically active for an 8-10 hour shift; Ability to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
Now Benefits list: Residential Counselors can enroll in The Home’s Impact Corps - a fellowship learning track designed to provide adults with an opportunity to help serve vulnerable children and young adults while gaining industry experience in counseling, education, clinical roles, and leadership. Along the way, gain new training, hone your skills, and be eligible for bonuses adding up to $5,000 upon successful completion! To learn more, visit: bit.ly/3ONYlOg
