Conflicts Analyst

About the role

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for our Miami, FL office to join our national Conflicts Department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict checks for attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, and administration firm-wide.
• Review potential conflict hits and eliminate obvious non-conflict hits upon search completion.
• Forward the pared-down search results to the requesting attorney/team and Conflicts Attorney for their review.
• Monitor outstanding conflicts searches and assist with the proper filing of completed and closed searches.
• Research companies to determine subsidiary/parent and other relationships for conflicts purposes.
• Provide general information and answer questions from attorneys and staff regarding the conflicts process.
• Assist with conflicts database maintenance to provide consistent and accurate reporting.
• Work within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a law office environment.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage, and/or Aderant is a plus.
