About the role
The Conflicts Analyst plays a key role in the firm’s new business intake and conflicts function, helping ensure we take on work in a way that aligns with both our professional responsibilities and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing conflicts searches and analyzing results
- Working with attorneys and firm leadership to identify and resolve potential issues
- Preparing engagement documentation
- Cooking and coordinating waivers and consents
- Putting ethical screens in place where needed
- Maintaining the integrity of the conflicts database
- Serving as a resource to more junior team members
Requirements
- At least 2 years of law firm conflicts or new business intake experience
- Ability to interpret conflicts reports and explain what the results mean
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A practical, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable communicating with attorneys and firm leadership
- Experience with Intapp or a similar conflicts system preferred
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience is most important
- Sound judgment and clear communication are essential

Pay
In Denver, the expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
Schedule
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility depending on workload.
