As a Confirmations Specialist, you play a vital role in protecting and retaining scheduled appointments by reinforcing the homeowner’s decision and ensuring they remain confident and prepared for their consultation.This role goes beyond verifying details — it’s about strengthening commitment. You’ll connect with homeowners, answer questions, ease concerns, and proactively address potential hesitations that could lead to cancellations or reschedules.
