Configuration Manager, SME - TS/SCI with Polygraph
About the role
Join a mission-critical technology program where you'll help design, secure, and modernize a vital communications ecosystem that keeps field-to-base operations running around the world. You'll bring technical leadership to a high-visibility program supporting national security missions, with the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge cloud, development, and infrastructure technologies. Advance your career while advancing how our customers operate as a Configuration Manager SME, collaborating with people who are driven and resourceful.

- Drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability, using metrics and reporting to catch issues early and demonstrate SLA compliance.
- Provide tiered technical support (from routine user issues through complex, code-level fixes) with the responsiveness needed to keep the mission running.
