Configuration Management Analyst

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Configuration Management Analyst supporting a DoD Customer's Classified Network Services. The mission includes Operations, Compliance, Cyber Security, Customer Service, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration management (CM) activities in secure or classified environments.
• Support systems engineering, technical documentation control, and CM tool administration.
• Manage competing priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain disciplined CM practices in fast-paced mission environments.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 3–5 years with an MS/MA, or 0–2 years with a PhD.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
• Familiarity with CM standards such as MIL-HDBK-61A, ISO/IEC CM frameworks, or CMMI-based processes.
• Experience with digital CM tools (JIRA, Confluence, ClearCase, Git-based tools, or similar).

Skills

• Strong understanding of CM tools, version control systems, and configuration item tracking methods.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Location

Potential onsite locations in Annapolis Junction, MD or Joint Base-Anacostia Bolling.

Pay

Salary range: $85,820.94 – $144,483.76. Salary is determined by factors including geographic location, position requirements, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
