About the Opportunity:The CONFIGURATION COORDINATOR is responsible for managing the configuration and maintenance of business rules within the core system ecosystem. This role supports implementation of new markets and products and ensures accurate configuration of business rules related to reimbursement policies, contracts, enrollment, billing, security, and correspondence. It plays a critical role in identifying and resolving system inaccuracies affecting claims and related transactions, with a primary focus on benefits and claims configuration within the HealthRules Payor application. Responsibilities:Configure and maintain business rules in core system platforms including COSMOS, UNET, and HealthRulesSupport configuration and implementation of new markets and productsManage configuration of rules affecting reimbursement policies, member/provider contracts, enrollment, billing, security, and correspondenceIdentify, research, and resolve system inaccuracies impacting claims payment and related processesPerform other duties as assigned Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 1 year related experience including configuration knowledge, system workflow, and designProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and/or AccessPreferred: experience with health plan core administration systems such as FACETS, QNXT, Trizetto, MetaVance, HealthRules, IKASystems, Amisys, COSMOS, or UNETPreferred: healthcare experiencePreferred: knowledge of claims processing, adjudication, and medical coding (CPT, HCPC, ICD-10, Revenue, DRG)Ability to meet deadlines and commitment to quality and serviceStrong verbal and written communication skills Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary grade ranges from $56,600 to $97,000, with typical hiring range between $56,600 and $84,840 depending on qualifications and experienceAdditional benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, paid volunteer time, 401(k) contributions, and caregiver services Benefits & Perks:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) plan Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
