About the role

This intermediate position requires solution knowledge in Supply Chain and the ability to cross-train in other solutions as needed. You will operate independently with some guidance to deliver quality configuration work that complies with Oracle methodologies and practices. Responsibilities include completing configuration for consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance, using independent judgment within defined policies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
  • Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
  • Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations related to configuration
  • Complete complex system configurations independently
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
  • Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
  • Adopt new process improvements and proactively identify and establish them
  • Drive tools development and troubleshooting
  • Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts, providing educational opportunities and training
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Travel up to 20% as needed
  • Work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding your role in safeguarding assets

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles, including knowledge and experience with Oracle Health Supply Chain solutions
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
  • U.S. citizenship (required due to client contract)

Certain U.S.-based or U.S. customer/client-facing roles may require compliance with immunization, occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing.

Pay

Hiring range in USD: $24.62 - $50.43 per hour, or $51,200 - $104,900 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations.
