Position Responsibilities
- Supporting program office meetings
- Working with the Configuration Data Manager (CDM) to make recommendations for solutions to configuration issues
- Creating CM workfiles supporting accurate Configuration Status Accounting (CSA)
- Research and data gathering to support program office data calls
- Creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets for tracking requisition information
- Meeting minutes, action item tracking, gathering of weekly inputs to provide consolidated reports or material for briefs
Preferred Qualifications/Skillsets
- Logistics experience and knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements
- Background in Integrated Logistics Support
- General knowledge of submarines and submarine systems
- The ability to communicate and work in a team
- The ability to communicate orally and in writing to prepare and make oral and written presentations related to logistics elements
- Problem solving
- Product support and sustainment
