Reporting directly to senior leadership, the HR Director will own the full people function, lead a team of HR professionals, and play a critical role in business operations.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing day-to-day initiatives.
Requirements
- Progressive HR leadership experience in distribution, transportation, logistics, or manufacturing is required.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing workforce safety programs and ensuring compliance within an operational environment is a must.
