CONFERENCE SERVICES SUPERVISOR/MARKETING ADMIN (FULL TIME)
Job Summary
Ensures that all meeting rooms and public areas of the facility are maintained to the highest level of professional appearance and that all meeting requirements are met prior to the meeting start time.
Additional Job Duties
- Create and manage engaging digital and print communications, including digital signage, marketing materials, internal communications, and onsite content that aligns with brand standards and voice.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and customer experience initiatives that drive participation, satisfaction, and sales growth.
- Partner with operations, clients, and the Image + Style team to develop and implement brand activation strategies, storytelling opportunities, and innovative customer engagement programs.
- Analyze business needs and customer feedback to recommend experience enhancements, support business planning, and measure activation results through reporting and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or houseman/porter experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay Range: $24.50 per hour to $25.00 per hour.
