About the role

The Conference Center and Hotel Property Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of conference rooms and hotel facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain conference rooms and hotel facilities in a clean and organized state
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up meeting spaces before and after events
  • Handle guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform light cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and mopping
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and reports any issues to management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
