Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling
• Safe forklift/equipment usage
• Commitment to One Item, One Bin and “Just Face It!” best practices
• Assist with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Pro‑active and self‑motivated mindset
• Willingness to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual on‑site attendance
• Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Team‑oriented and safety‑aware

• Solid written & oral communication with a focus on customer service
• Ability to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lb)
• Outside yard environment
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Usual 40‑hour work‑week Monday through Friday; occasional evening and weekend hours may be required based on business needs

Additional Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of pre‑employment requirements (background check, drug screening, credit check, motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law)

Schedule

Shift: 5 AM – 2 PM. Standard 40‑hour work week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed.

Pay

Non‑exempt position eligible for overtime. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.93 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $0.50 per hour shift differential.
