About the role

As a Condo Maintenance Service Technician in the Physical Plant, you’ll perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks—carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC—while delivering prompt, friendly service to resort guests and fulfilling in-house work orders. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC
• Respond to resort guest calls and in-house work orders in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
• Interact directly with resort guests and staff
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Lift up to 100 lbs as needed
• Build and sustain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, and the public
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• General knowledge of troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required)

Schedule

Four-day workweek with every other weekend off.

• Week 1: Monday (9:00 AM–9:00 PM), Friday (3:00 PM–9:00 PM), Saturday–Sunday (9:00 AM–9:00 PM); off Tuesday–Thursday
• Week 2: Tuesday–Thursday (9:00 AM–9:00 PM) and Friday (9:00 AM–3:00 PM); off Monday, Saturday & Sunday

Hours are primarily 9:00 AM–9:00 PM with one half-day per week. Some weekends and holidays are required.
