We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: Company Description (maybe About the role? Actually description of company). Job Description includes role location, duties. Responsibilities list. Qualifications list. Additional Information includes diversity, ERGs, awards, compensation and benefits statement (but no specific benefits). There's mention of "competitive compensation and benefits" but not specifics. So we should not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections unless specifics given. There's no explicit pay or schedule. So we can omit those. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. The text includes duplicated EEO statements and fraud warning repeated; we should keep only one instance? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should keep only one copy of the EEO statement? Actually they said remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove those entirely. Also remove duplicated lines. So we will not include the EEO statements. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe company description + role location?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills? There's also "Preferred skills such as thermography..." which could go under Skills. Also "Proficient with Computers, MS Office and specialist vibration monitoring software." That's skills. Also "Experience working in a diverse environment with a global company is a plus." Could be under Qualifications or Skills. We'll decide. We have Qualifications: list of required qualifications. We'll put that under

Qualifications

with
    . Responsibilities: list under

    Responsibilities

. Skills: maybe combine preferred skills and technical proficiencies under

    Skills

. About the role: could include company description and role location and purpose. We'll put under

    About the role

with paragraphs. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must not create Benefits/Pay/Schedule sections because no specifics. We need to preserve all substantive info: company description, location, role purpose, responsibilities list, qualifications list, skills list, additional info about diversity, ERGs, awards, competitive compensation and benefits statement (but we can't create Benefits section because no specifics; we can include that statement in About the role or maybe a separate section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting states "competitive compensation and benefits" but not specifics. That's vague; maybe we should not create Benefits section because it's not specific. We can include that sentence in About the role or maybe a separate

under About the role. We also have diversity and ERGs description; that's substantive. Could be under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Company Culture". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put it under About the role as part of description. Thus final HTML:

    About the role

Company Description: John Crane, a business of Smiths Group, is a global leader in mission-critical flow control solutions for energy and process industries that enable efficient and sustainable operations. Our products include mechanical seals and systems, couplings, bearings, filtration systems, and predictive digital monitoring technologies. We have a global network of more than 200 sites in over 50 countries and employ more than 6,000 people worldwide. We partner with our customers to help them keep their operations safe, reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and meet the latest environmental standards.

The role is based on-site at a customer facility in Sweeny, TX. Directly coordinating, scheduling, and participating in work with the customer to comply with the “partnership agreement". You will be working as part of a team who will use their knowledge to develop, operate and manage Condition Monitoring programs for John Crane's client. The role of the Condition Monitoring Engineer or Technical Specialist is to collect routine Condition Monitoring data, conduct first Line analysis and reporting, partner with the teams Engineer to capture advanced data and participate in troubleshooting.

Join us for a great career with competitive compensation and benefits, while helping engineer a better future. We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish. All qualified applicants will receive equal consideration for employment regardless of color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, economic status, disability, age, or any other legally protected characteristics. We are proud to be an inclusive company with values grounded in equality and ethics, where we celebrate, support, and embrace diversity. At no time during the hiring process will Smiths Group, nor any of our recruitment partners ever request payment to enable participation – including, but not limited to, interviews or testing. Avoid fraudulent requests by applying for jobs directly through our career’s website (Careers - Smiths Group plc).

But we need to remove EEO boilerplate; however the above includes EEO statement. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we must remove that entire paragraph about equal consideration and fraud warning. However we also need to keep diversity and ERGs description (which is not EEO boilerplate). The duplicated EEO lines we should remove. So we need to keep the diversity and ERGs description but not the EEO statement. The text after "Join us for a great career..." includes EEO statement; we need to strip that out, leaving only the part about competitive compensation and benefits, and maybe the diversity/ERGs part is earlier in Additional Information. Let's examine Additional Information block: "Additional Information:With colleagues stretching across the globe, we are proud of our diversity. To foster inclusivity, we run employee resource groups (ERGs) to provide a safe space for employees to connect and support each other. Our cross-business ERGs include Veterans, Pride Network, Black Employee Network, Women@Work Network, and Neurodiversity.Across our company, we recognize excellence, culminating in the Smiths Excellence Awards, our annual celebration of the most extraordinary activities, people, and projects that best showcase our strengths and help drive our business forward. We announce these on our annual Smiths Day, a global celebration of Smiths around our network.Join us for a great career with competitive compensation and benefits, while helping engineer a better future. We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish. Avoid fraudulent requests by applying jobs directly through our career’s website (Careers - Smiths Group plc)" We need to remove duplicated EEO and scam warning lines. Keep the diversity/ERGs and awards description and the competitive compensation line. So we can keep: "With colleagues stretching across the globe, we are proud of our diversity. To foster inclusivity, we run employee resource groups (ERGs) to provide a safe space for employees to connect and support each other. Our cross-business ERGs include Veterans, Pride Network, Black Employee Network, Women@Work Network, and Neurodiversity. We announce these on our annual Smiths Day, a global celebration of Smiths around our network. Join us for a great career with competitive compensation and benefits, while helping engineer a better future." We should not include the EEO lines after that. So we will craft About the role paragraph(s) that include company description, role description, and then the diversity/ERGs/awards/compensation paragraph. Now Responsibilities: list from "Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:" then bullet points. We'll extract each line. Responsibilities list: - Operate and Develop Condition Monitoring programs for John Crane clients in conjunction with the Lead CM Engineer. - Conduct routine Condition Monitoring surveys at our clients’ premises. - Conduct analysis of routine vibration data. - Report Vibration and Oil Analysis results and associated corrective maintenance recommendations - Interface with the client for the on-site delivery of Condition Monitoring services. - Conduct periodic on-site Pump Performance Testing and on-site Reporting. - Using a defined process calculate the cost benefit of carrying out recommendations. - Work within the requirements of the Integrated Management System. We'll put each as
  • . Qualifications: list from "Qualifications:" then lines. Qualifications list: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineering Technology degree preferred and/or equivalent and relevant work experience with rotating equipment. - Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2, or equivalent required. - Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2, or equivalent preferred. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience required in vibration analysis for condition monitoring of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors). - Experience with mechanical seals a big plus. - Proficient with Computers, MS Office and specialist vibration monitoring software. - Preferred skills such as thermography, rotor dynamics analysis, laser alignment, and electrical tests. - Experience working in a diverse environment with a global company is a plus. Note: Some of these are skills; but we can keep them under Qualifications. However we also have a separate Skills section maybe for preferred skills like thermography etc. But we can keep all under Qualifications; but we might want to separate Skills for clarity. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But we have headings list; we can use Qualifications for required qualifications and Skills for preferred skills. However the qualifications list includes both required and preferred. Might be okay to keep all under Qualifications. But we also have "Preferred skills such as thermography, rotor dynamics analysis, laser alignment, and electrical tests." That's clearly a skill. We could still keep under Qualifications. Given we want few sections, we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. That's three sections. That seems good. We must not include Benefits/Pay/Schedule. Thus final HTML:
