Roger Langeliers Construction Co. is looking for a dedicated, skilled Concrete Saw Cutter to be a key part of our Saw & Seal division! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, with a strong commitment to teamwork. You’ll be responsible for various tasks, including operating walk-behind concrete saws and demolition saws and assisting with concrete removal, placement, and paving operations. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Job Responsibilities

• Operate walk-behind concrete saws and demolition saws.
• Work safely in active airport, highway, and bridge construction environments.
• Perform concrete pavement saw cutting for panel replacement operations.
• Perform widening cuts and tie-in cuts for new pavement construction.
• Assist with concrete demolition and removal operations.
• Assist with concrete placement and paving operations.
• Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Saw cutting experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices, including knowledge of OSHA regulations related to concrete work.
• Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks accordingly.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
