Concrete Repair Technician
About the role
A-1 Concrete Leveling is seeking a Concrete Repair Technician to join our growing team. Ideal candidates should have experience in masonry work, pouring or finishing concrete, concrete leveling, concrete caulking, concrete cleaning, and concrete sealing. While previous experience is helpful, in-house training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform concrete leveling tasks as directed by a supervisor or project manager.
- Safely operate equipment and tools to level concrete surfaces.
- Delegate tasks effectively to team members for efficient project completion.
- Communicate project expectations to team members.
- Inspect completed work daily to ensure quality standards are met.
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Background in construction or trade is helpful but not necessary.
- In-house training provided.

Weekly responsibilities include collaborating with leadership and crew leads to review and adjust project plans, conducting routine maintenance checks on company vehicles and equipment, participating in team meetings, providing feedback on process improvements, assisting in training and mentoring apprentices, and reviewing safety protocols.
Pay
Starting wage: $21.00/hr
Potential earnings: Up to $25.00/hr or more by leading your own crews

Full-time: 40-hour work week
