Concrete Pump Operator

About the role
The Bartley Corporation is seeking a CDL equipment operator to operate one or more of the following:
- Concrete pump Truck
- Stone/gravel slinger Truck
- Telebelt
Responsibilities
- Candidate must have experience in concrete construction or operating concrete boom pumps or stone slingers.
- Operate and maintain Putzmeister concrete pump and/or Ultra Stone Slinger.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the pump.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Available to work nights or weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record.
- Meet the physical requirements of operating and cleaning the concrete pump.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in concrete construction or operating concrete boom pumps or stone slingers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

Pay & Schedule
- Single pay rate for all work including pumping concrete, maintaining pump, and operating other equipment.
- 50 hours per week, 6am start-time, Monday through Friday.
Schedule
- Available to work nights or weekends as needed.
