Concrete Pump Operator

Plycrete is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer (Concrete Pump Operator) in Sarasota, FL. This full-time position offers training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps efficiently and safely to deliver concrete to various job sites.
• Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, ensuring machines are in optimal working condition.
• Handle routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operations.
• Utilize mechanical skills to maintain and repair machinery.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth concrete pumping process and successful project completion.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

Requirements

• Mechanical inclination and understanding of machines.
• Physical fitness with strong endurance and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Flexibility to work different shifts for large pours.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training to become a skilled Trailer Pump Operator.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
