Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete pipe for cracks, chips, and other surface defects.
• Perform repairs before curing, after curing, and prior to shipment.
• Mix and apply patching materials to produce structurally sound, high‑quality repairs.
• Dress and finish pipe surfaces by removing excess concrete and correcting imperfections.
• Maintain quality standards while repairing a high volume of products.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of concrete repair, finishing, and patching techniques.
• Ability to identify defects and determine appropriate repairs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Availability for overtime, including weekends, as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
