Concrete Laborer

Key Responsibilities

• Abide by Locke's safety policies and requirements to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
• Read and follow CAD production drawings accurately to meet project specifications.
• Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Utilize both hand and power tools to perform fabrication and finishing tasks.
• Flexibility to work required shifts and weekends as necessary to meet production demands.
• Work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse/outside environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in precast concrete fabrication or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD production drawings accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, to accommodate production schedules.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
