About the role

Karvo Companies is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise crews on various heavy civil construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on heavy civil construction projects.
• Cookordinate daily work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and grade stakes.
• Oversee forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Cookordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on every job site.
• Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining a productive work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a concrete leadership role.
• Experience with heavy civil, roadway, bridge, or site concrete construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, forming, and grading.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications
