About the role

This is an immediate start opportunity with a well-established heavy civil contractor in Denver, CO that specializes in CDOT infrastructure bridge rehabilitation and new bridge construction.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing field crews on bridge and heavy civil construction projects
• Overseeing daily field operations including scheduling, production, and quality control
• Coordinating with project management and subcontractors to keep projects moving
• Enforcing safety standards and maintaining CDOT compliance on site
• Holding crews accountable and driving results in the field every day

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy and highway construction
• Bridge construction experience is required
• Proven ability to run and manage field crews
• Must be able to speak and understand English (bilingual is a plus)
• Own tools and reliable transportation required
• Valid driver's license required

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
