Concrete Flatwork Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Operate with integrity and honor commitments throughout the whole project
• Be a team player that is reliable and trustworthy and share the same vision to meet goals

• Show up every day
• Set concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior and exterior concrete for interior floors, sidewalks, free stall barns, and exterior slabs
• Operate concrete finishing equipment (preferred)
• Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other small construction equipment
• Operate hand tools and equipment
• Perform detailed workmanship and have an ownership mentality
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (Preferred)
• Ability to travel typically within the state of WI. (Home every weekend)
• Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from ground to shoulder level)
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Ability to obtain a CDL
