Concrete Cutting Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a Concrete Cutting Operator to join our team. This role involves operating specialized equipment to perform precision cutting and drilling on a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. You will be required to lift and position heavy equipment and tools such as wall saws, slab saws, chain saws, and core drills to cut, break, and remove concrete.

The operator will follow safety protocols, maintain equipment, and deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project timelines. You must be hard-working, dependable, punctual, mechanically inclined, able to follow directions, and troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate diamond and demolition tools including wall saws, core drills, slab saws, hand saws, ring saws, and chain saws.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including carrying equipment and tools.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience operating concrete cutting equipment.
• Valid chauffeur or CDL driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment health screenings, background checks, and safety training modules.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, or out-of-town assignments if necessary.
• Physical ability to perform the work, including carrying equipment and tools.
