Concrete Cutting Operator

The Opportunity

You will take a lead role in technical field operations, executing precise concrete modifications within active commercial environments. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who excels at high-stakes indoor projects and seeks a clear path toward leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in concrete cutting and core drilling.
• Proven ability to safely operate a forklift in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Mastery of layout techniques to accurately mark and verify cut locations.
• Documented experience working in "clean-site" environments or active interior retail locations.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively, with approximately 90% of work performed outside of Florida.
• Must be comfortable working on out-of-state projects for extended periods, typically up to two weeks at a time before returning home.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Advanced knowledge of diamond blade selection and equipment maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting sawing and drilling machinery on-site.
