Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction experience with emphasis on concrete work, foundations, or structural pours
- Experience with concrete formwork, reinforcement placement, or structural concrete installation
- Demonstrated proficiency with rock excavation techniques and power tools
- Strong understanding of rigging practices, including skyline and high line systems
- Ability to read construction drawings and interpret technical specifications
- Comfortable working at heights and in remote, physically demanding environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs across uneven terrain
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to follow job site safety procedures and OSHA safety standards
- Ability to understand work directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with carpentry, timber construction, or rock work
- Chainsaw certifications
- NCCCO Rigger Certification or equivalent rigging training
- Wilderness First Aid or Standard First Aid
- Familiarity with erosion control, water mitigation, and environmental best practices
- Welding or fabrication experience
- OSHA Certification
- CDL License
