Concrete Construction Laborer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute post-tensioning operations on bridge construction projects
• Perform and support PT bar installation, stressing, and grouting
• Actively participate in tensioning activities, ensuring precision and adherence to engineering specifications
• Coincide with field supervision and engineering teams to ensure proper sequencing and execution
• Maintain strict compliance with all safety standards and jobsite protocols
• Aid in quality control and documentation related to post-tensioning work

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience on a minimum of three (3) post-tensioning projects
• Direct, hands-on involvement in tensioning operations (not just general site support)
• OSHA 10 certification (required)
• Demonstrated ability to perform skilled ironwork associated with post-tensioning systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with: PT bar installation, Bar stressing procedures, Grouting operations, PTI Bonded certification/training, ASBI certification
• Experience working on bridge or DOT infrastructure projects
