About the role

Responsible for applying concrete coatings to various surfaces in residential and commercial settings. This includes preparation, application, and maintenance of concrete coatings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for coating application
• Apply concrete coatings using appropriate techniques and equipment
• Maintain and operate concrete coating machinery
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Knowledge of concrete coating materials and application methods

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related construction experience
• Experience with concrete and masonry work
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Proficient in operating concrete coating machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
