Concrete Coating Installer - TN

About the role

Responsible for applying concrete coatings to various surfaces in residential and commercial settings. This includes preparation of surfaces, mixing of concrete solutions, and application using specialized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for coating application
• Mix concrete solutions according to manufacturer’s guidelines
• Apply concrete coatings using spray guns and other tools
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience in construction or similar field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

Skills

• Proficiency with spray painting equipment
• Knowledge of concrete and surface preparation techniques
• Attention to detail and quality control
