Concierge/Valet - Hemingway Plaza - Part Time

About the role

The Hemingway Plaza is a luxury condominium located just south of the historic Country Club Plaza, providing 24-hour service to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a parr time Concierge/Valet to join our ever-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Shuttling of registered vehicles
• Unloading groceries and luggage
• Singing in contractors and deliveries
• Picking up and emptying trash
• Clearing or preparing for snow and ice
• Handling possible emergencies

Requirements

• Reliably independent
• Naturally friendly and helpful
• Professional team-oriented person
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to drive a stick/manual transmission (preferred)
• Clean driving record (5 years)
