Concierge Security - Supervisor

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Supervisor to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

As a Security Supervisor – Concierge, you will focus on customer service while ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property. Your ability to engage with others and inspire confidence is key.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license, if required

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

$19.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 3rd Shift (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
