Concierge Security Officer - Urgent Hire

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence. As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Pay

$24.00 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees).

Schedule

Set schedule: Thursday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Prior corporate security, concierge, hospitality, or executive protection-adjacent experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using security technology, including video surveillance, access control, and visitor management systems
• Ability to complete lab safety training and any required site-specific certifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license, if required

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
