Concierge Security Officer - Mall

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. Your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to ace and pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Schedule

Set schedule: Shift 1: 10:00pm to 6:00am Thursday through Monday; Shift 2: 10:00pm to Tuesday through Saturday
