Concierge Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence. As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

This position emphasizes customer service, access control, and safety in high-traffic environments across various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control for the site
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license
• Clean motor vehicle report
• At least 21 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Schedule 1: Monday 4pm–12am & Tuesday–Thursday 2pm–10pm (32 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 2: Tuesday–Saturday 8am–4pm (40 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 3: Friday–Monday 2pm–10pm (32 hours a week / full time)

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $22.63 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
