Concierge Security Guard

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a post with a high focus on customer service, working with people in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Valid security license for Maryland or able to obtain one
• At least 2 years of prior security experience
• Reliable transportation
• 21 years of age or older
• Able to perform all physical requirements of the job
• Knowledge of access control and CCTV cameras

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $22.14 / hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Full-time positions available with the following schedules:

• 8:30am–7:00pm, Monday–Thursday, 40 hours per week
• 1:30pm–10:00pm / 12:00pm–6:00pm, Monday–Thursday and Friday, 37.5 hours per week
