Concierge Security Guard
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer to join their team in Santa Barbara, CA. The role requires a keen eye for detail and quick response to potential threats.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- Complete additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
- Show strong report writing skills
- Show strong proficiency with technology
- Have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience (even better)

Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $22.15 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
Schedule
Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 3:00PM
Skills
Sharp observation skills with attention to detail, strong report writing skills, good eyesight, excellent focus, strong technology proficiency, and relevant security, military, or law enforcement experience are essential.
