About the role
Cheer Home Care is looking for a Registered Nurse who loves spending time with older adults and provides high-quality care in the home. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans and provides constant feedback to clients, client representatives, and nurses.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessment of client and needs
- Education to client and families
- Chronic Care Management
- Develop care plan and establish goals
- Post-surgical and wound care as needed
- Wellness support
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license
- 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Home Health experience preferred
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
- Active California Drivers license and car insurance
- Cell phone with Internet Access

Pay
Hourly Pay Rate: $45–$80 based on experience (also noted as $48–$75 based on experience). Potential for team bonus.
Schedule
12-hour day shifts, 7 pm–7 am. Locations: La Jolla, North San Diego County.
