You are often the first impression and first contact at our community, playing one of the most important roles in our operation. The right person will be kind, patient, and extremely well-organized, committed to providing extraordinary service. You will have the ability to make every resident, family member, and visitor feel as if they are the most important person in our community. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional services while developing meaningful relationships with our residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, family members, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
• Provide extraordinary concierge services in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism.
• Uphold Watermark’s operating principles and represent the community with pride.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a concierge.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Passion for working with seniors.
• Interest in learning and growing your skill set.
